There are only two things that I want - just two. Yet they are more difficult to obtain than acquiring all the possessions in the world. I'm not asking for much. Just two little things. And as long as I'm in this forsaken place, I do not see how I will be able to obtain them. How I've tried. But somehow, a stupid fool or accursed chance always manages to foil me. Why? Why must I always be thwarted at every turn?

Another explosion. I couldn't care less what anyone does with their spare time but if you must make such a racket, I'd appreciate it if you did it somewhere very far away. My work is delicate and I will not be happy if any of it is destroyed.

If anyone is interested in having a pet, I have tamed some of these beasts. They're like dogs, only uglier.

Well, it is certainly uplifting to know that the missing are slowly returning. I hope they haven't suffered too terribly at the gods' merciless hands.

But now that people are returning, I realized that I haven't been acquainted with everyone yet. And there are some I haven't heard from in awhile now. If none of you mind, would you reintroduce yourselves to me? I'm afraid I was more focused on adjusting to this world than in learning people's names.

Hmph, I never realized how much I depended on my magic. I'm afraid that I cannot fend off these prowling beasts without it. Not yet, at least. Once again, I have been forced to suffer the loss of great power. It is quite humiliating and incredibly irritating. All those years of researching, studying and hard work ... all for nought! I will, however, find a way to get it all back.

I am attempting to make my way through this town in search of a suitable dwelling place. I would appreciate it if someone who is capable of dealing with these beasts would give me a little assistance. I shall reward your help in due time.

Ah, so this contraption here is called a computer, is it? Fascinating that such a thing should exist in a place for the damned and for the damned to use, don't you think? I had attained success only to fail at the hands of that insufferable princess! It is torture now that I've known what godhood is like, when I nearly had my beloved Goddess in my grasp. And now, this can only be Nifelheim as I indeed violated much. Ah well, a small price to pay in the quest for obtaining one's heart's desires.

But no matter. I hadn't let my mortality stop me from achieving my goals before. I won't let eternal damnation prevent me from reaching them again. Oh Lenneth, my darling, wait for me ... I will not give up. I shall make you mine and I shall once again acheive the ultimate glory as all kneel before me!
