Character’s Fandom: Valkyrie Profile
Character’s Personality: Lezard is a man dedicated to the study of the dark arts. He cares not for other people or creatures and only for the advancement of his knowledge and skills in necromancy and magic. He lacks any kind of morals or a conscience and he will use whatever means necessary to obtain whatever he desires. He will not hesitate to use people to reach his goals or to do away with threats either.
Character’s Background: Lezard was once the top student at Flenceburg Academy but was expelled when he began dabbling in the dark arts. Consumed by a lust for more knowledge and power, he eventually discovered the legendary Philosopher's Stone, which provided him with knowledge forbidden to mortals - specifically, knowledge of the gods. He worked endlessly to find a way to attain godhood and in his search, he inadvertently witnessed Lenneth Valkyrie on one of her stops to acquire new einherjar. Smitten immediately, he became obsessed with the Valkryie and began seeking a way to make her his through the creation of homunculi that resembled her physical appearance. In a final attempt to lure Lenneth to his tower, he killed his former teacher Lorenta and her husband. Lenneth defeated him but he only escaped to continue creating homunculi and researching a way to both transcend mortality as well as make her his own.
The only human to survive Ragnarok, Lezard used the time machine in the ruined city of Dipan to travel back in time where he labored and plotted in secret to finally attain godhood. When the three Mages of Dipan tried to perform the Sovereign Rite on the Valkyries Silmeria and Hrist as they battled in the palace, Lezard interfered, trapping Silmeria's soul and capturing her. He used her power to eventually cross into Asgard where he encountered Odin and used the Sovereign Rite on him as well, taking Odin's power for his own.
Lezard also managed to trap Lenneth and intended to merge with her but was thwarted by Alicia, Rufus and Brahms. Alicia then merged with the three Valkyries to form one powerful Valkyrie. Lezard was defeated and was erased from the world. He wakens to find himself in a place not too welcoming ...

Lezard appraised his surroundings as he rose to his feet. It was dark and dismal and he had no doubt of where he was considering the last thing he remembered was suffering defeat at the hands of the Valkyrie and being renounced for all the crimes he had committed. He wanted to curse himself for being so careless and allowing his triumph to both get to his head and slip through his fingers so easily. If he had only not underestimated that damned princess, he would still be a god and Lenneth would now be his. But he could see that he was already cursed and did not want to be so foolish as to add to it. The place seemed awfully strange, however, unlike anything he had conceived Nifelheim to be.
His Sin: Lezard is guilty of nearly every sin imagineable, if not all, but is most notorious for his blatant disregard of life as he killed ruthlessly and numerously in order to supply materials for his homunculi. He also obtained knowledge forbidden to mortals and dared to transgress the boundary between the mortal realm and the realm of the gods with his quest to become a god himself.
